LATE POLICY: I understand that life happens! However, to ensure each client receives the best service possible: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on service length and availability. After 20 minutes, I will not be able to accommodate you and we must reschedule a new appointment requiring a new deposit. Service times will not be extended or refunded for a late arrival. Please let me know ASAP if you are running late. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY: Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. The nonrefundable deposit is transferable for up to two reschedules if completed within that timeframe. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit. NO SHOW POLICY: Last-minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost. No shows will be charged 80% of the service cost. This helps me stay on schedule and available for other clients.
